Wings Recipe for Air Fryer


  • 1 Ib chicken Wings (with tips removed and split into flats and drumettes)
  • Non-stick cooking spray


  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • Black pepper (as per taste)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice


Dry the Wings

Take the thoroughly cleaned and split wings and pat them with a paper towel to dry them well. Put them in the mixing bowl. 

Prepare Seasoning Mixture

Take a large bowl and put the salt, garlic and onion powder, pepper, and lemon juice in it. Mix all the ingredients well. 

Season the Wings

Take the wings one by one, spray them with non-stick oil, and rub them through the seasoning mixture. Repeat the procedure for the whole wings and season them evenly. 

Preheat the Fryer

While preparing the wings for air frying, preheat the fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 375°F. It would help to make the results perfect. 

Shift Wings to the Fryer Basket

Start Air Frying

Set the preheated Air Fryer timer for 18 minutes and temperature at 375°F and start air frying. And don’t forget to flip the wings after halftime is over. 

Check, Take Out, and Serve
