- 1 Large Frozen Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless)
- Cooking oil (your favorite, we recommend olive oil)
- Kosher salt (as per requirement)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Make the Seasoning
Take a large bowl to make the seasoning and put salt, garlic powder, and pepper into it. Stir them well so that the whole ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Preheat the Air Fryer
When you are preparing the seasoning mixture, preheat the fryer at 375°F for 3 to 5 minutes. Preheating in this manner would not only give you perfect taste but would also save your time.
Sprinkle and Season the Chicken Breast
After making the seasoning mixture and preheating the fryer, sprinkle the oil on the chicken breast and then rub it through the seasoning mixture. Make sure that all sides are seasoned well.
Shift the Breast to the Basket
After seasoning, spray the Air Fryer basket with oil to avoid sticking and then put the seasoned chicken breast into it.
Set the temperature of preheated Air Fryer at 375, fix the timer for 20 minutes, and start cooking the breast. Don’t forget to flip the chicken after halftime for even cooking.
Note: For an even cooking of any recipe, particularly main courses, an air fryer having a rotisserie feature is the best option. There is no need to flipping or turning the food as it cooks by rotating food through a blow of hot air in such a fryer.
Check the Breast
After you have cooked the recipe for the selected time, check its crispiness and internal temperature. If the internal temperature is above 160, it is done perfectly. Take out the chicken and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Then cut and serve with any of your favorite hot sauce!
